Shipping Locations

Box of Orchids

We ship our boxes of orchids to the following states:

California – Majority of Areas

Oregon – Majority of Areas

Washington - Select Areas in Washington

Nevada - Metropolitan Areas of Reno and Las Vegas

Arizona - Metropolitan Areas of Phoenix, Tucson, and Flagstaff

Idaho - Metropolitan Area of Boise

Utah - Metropolitan Area of Salt Lake City

New Mexico - Select Areas in New Mexico

*At this time, we are not able to ship our large boxes of orchids to locations outside of these states.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates may vary based on location, as well as delivery service. We use GLS for the majority of our deliveries. 

If you are a wholesaler and have a trucking service available, please contact us in order to get it set up for your orders.

Processing Orders

Orders will need 1-3 days for processing depending on the item. Most orders will ship within 2-3 days of the orders being placed. Orders should be delivered within 1-3 of being shipped. 

If you would like to request a specific day for delivery when you place your order, please let us know in the notes. We can accommodate scheduled delivery on weekdays. The order and request must be placed at least one week in advance of the delivery date.

When your order ships you will receive tracking information so you can follow your order. Most orders do not require receipt upon signature. Due to the live nature of our product, we cannot be responsible for refused shipment or damage caused by additional shipping time that is the result of a customer request to hold a package.
