Damages and Concerns
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if an item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate any concerns. You can contact us at info@westerlay.com. Please include the order number along with photos and a detailed description. We will contact you within 2 business days with a resolution.
Replacements
Due to the live nature of the product, we cannot receive returns on our orchids. Please don’t send any product back or refuse the shipment. However, we guarantee that your orchids and pots will arrive in good condition. In the event that your order is damaged during shipment, we are happy to replace the damaged products.
Refunds
In certain situations we offer refunds which could be partial or full. These will be determined on a case by case basis at our discretion. To request a refund please contact us at info@westerlay.com and include your order number along with photos and a description of the issue. We will notify you once we’ve processed your refund request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
