SHIPPING POLICY

At Westerlay we value your contribution and strive for the fastest turnaround possible for all orders.  Due to the Covid-19 protocols which include, enhanced sanitization, workspace distancing & limited staff, we are currently extending our guarantee to include a 7-day delivery window.  Though most orders will be processed within 2-3 business days, please allow for a little extra time as our team cares for your shipment.  Most orders do not require a signature upon receipt and all orders will be accompanied by a tracking number so you can stay in touch with the order throughout the process.  Thank you for being so kind, supporting the community and helping bring joy to those in need.

RETURN POLICY

Due to the live nature of the product, we cannot receive returns on these purchases.  If there are any issues once the product is received, please contact info@boxoforchids.com and include the order number along with pictures and description of the issue.  We will contact you within 2 business days with a resolution.
