Can I ship a single orchid?


The program is setup specifically to service establishments of varying size. In order to simplify the process and service the largest audience, we are only offering wholesale case pack quantities.




Can I ship outside of CA, AZ, NV or OR?


Westerlay grows and distributes some of the world finest orchids. In order to ensure your gift arrives in the condition we expect, our reach will only extend to neighboring states.




Can I call and talk to someone about my order?


We are working with a reduced staff in servicing the needs of the community during this difficult time. The website has been automated for simplicity and ease of use. If you would like to remain in contact, we would prefer an email and promise to reply quickly.




Are the orchids safe?


Our boxes are packed while wearing masks and gloves. We apply a viracide to the outside of each box. CDC guidelines indicate that the virus can not live more than 24 hours on carboard or plants which is shorter than shipping time.
